Cancellations: more than 24 hours before pickup, we refund what was paid minus 25%; within 24 hours or in case of no-show, no refund. A no-show is 60 minutes after the actual landing time at airports and 30 minutes anywhere else, after attempting to contact the passenger; if the passenger gets in touch and is still inside the airport, the chauffeur waits up to 30 extra minutes at no charge.
